Ask me anything   Submit   With age and after having 2 children, it has become apparent that I must maintain a regular exercise regimen and alter my eating habits in order to restore and maintain my desired physique. One of my biggest issues thus far has been with motivation. I have never had to exercise regularly to maintain and having to do so now has been somewhat of a shock to me and my body. When I don’t see results, I get so discouraged and end up right back at square one. I hope to meet others who may have the same issue in order to give and receive motivation as we all journey towards reaching our perspective goals. Good Luck to all!!
